The Little Renovation That Grew

A small-scale renovation grew into a whole of house renovation and 100 square metre extension to a 269 square metre hillside home spread over five levels.

The complexity of renovating the house and successfully connecting it to the extension is best illustrated by the many intricate joins between the walls, ceilings and floors.  The renovation transformed a 1980s house into a modern spacious home.

Features include a light-filled kitchen/dining area and open-plan living space that opens onto a generous tiled outdoor patio with glass balustrading and tiled stairs.

The newly built areas of the house are connected to the existing wing with a double-height atrium. The owners now have an impressive home that’s equal to the magnificent location and views.
