We’ll support you throughout the planning process, attend meetings with your Architect and advise on costs and timelines. This will ensure your vision remains realistic and achievable.
With your concept plans at hand, we’ll prepare fully specified estimates.
These allow you to confidently assess your plans against your budget. Once your plans and budget align, you can proceed with having detailed plans prepared and consented.

We’ll produce detailed quotes for your new home based on your consented plans.
Our quoting process includes access to our online Project Management programme. The programme enables you to check the specification for every item in your home plus much, much more. You can ask questions about your build and give feedback through the online system, making the entire process stress free.
The building phase begins once consent has been issued and the building contract has been signed.
Throughout the build, we’ll keep you fully informed with on-site weekly or fortnightly meetings.
Together we’ll view progress, discuss pending decisions and answer any questions you have. Every meeting is followed up with a written summary of what was discussed plus the build program for the coming week.
In between our regular meetings, you can keep up to date by viewing the online Project Management programme. This programme will also remind you when decisions need to be made to keep your build on schedule.

As the finishing touches are put in place, we’ll advise you of the closing administration you’ll need to undertake prior to moving in.
Such as arranging your power and internet connections, your gas supply and organising your House and Contents Insurance.
On hand-over day, we’ll meet with you and provide the instruction manuals for your appliances, fittings and electronics. We’ll also provide you the warranty information and maintenance requirements for all of the products and fixtures in your new home. Last but not least we take great pleasure in passing you your keys!
One month after you move in Richard will conduct his first maintenance check to ensure everything remains to your satisfaction.
We’ll also check-in with you after six months and one year to ensure your new home continues to meet your expectations.
At any time before and after you move in, we are always available to answer any questions you may have. It’s all part of the Radius Building process.
