Our Process

Do you have a vision but don’t have plans?

If you don’t have plans but know what you want, we’ll connect you with the right architect or designer to bring your vision to life. We’ll support you throughout the planning process, attend meetings with your architect and advise on costs and timelines.  This will ensure your vision remains realistic and achievable.

Do you have concept plans but need costings?

With your concept plans at hand, we’ll prepare fully specified estimates.  These allow you to confidently assess your plans against your budget.  Once your plans and budget align, you can proceed with having detailed plans prepared and consented.

During the build

Throughout the build, we’ll keep you fully informed with on-site weekly meetings. Together we’ll view progress, discuss pending decisions and answer any questions you have. Every weekly meeting is followed up with a written summary of what was discussed plus the build program for the coming week.

In between our regular weekly meetings, you can keep up to date by viewing the online building management system. The system will also remind you when decisions need to be made to keep your build on schedule.

Completing your home

As the finishing touches are put in place, we’ll advise you of the closing administration you’ll need to undertake prior to moving in.  Arranging your power and internet connections, your gas supply and organising your House and Contents Insurance are just a few examples.

On hand-over day, we’ll meet with you and provide the instruction manuals for your appliances, fittings and electronics.  We’ll also give you the  warranty information and maintenance requirements for all of the products and fixtures in your new home.  Last but not least we take great pleasure in passing you your keys!
